provision of information related to AIRTEL account services and
payment of EBILL through a Citibank Internet Payment Gateway.
Any information that you provide to AIRTEL through this website
is used exclusively for internal purposes and shall be read
together with the information provided by you in the Subscriber
Enrollment Form (SEF). You are welcome to visit AIRTEL without
providing any personal information at all. However, to
participate in some areas of our site, initial registration is
required. Registration on our website requires basic subscriber
information. We use this information to verify that only
authorized users have access to our information. AIRTEL respects
and protects the privacy of the individuals that use our
services. All billing information is strictly secured and will
not be shared with any other organization except as required by
Citibank for payments and unless required by law.
Our intent is to strictly guard the privacy of our
subscribers and visitors to our website. If you have any

Subscriber needs to use the "Register" Option on the My
Account section of the website and fill up the registration form
to start accessing his/her Account .The subscriber shall be
solely responsible for any unauthorized viewing of his/her
Account and any consequences related thereto should the password
given to him/her fall into unauthorized hands.
Subscriber who is a part of an account with multiple
mobile numbers cannot register on-line through mobile number. In
this case the Subscriber will have to do the following:
a) Multiple Mobile No administrator - Corporate
Registration Form signed by authorized signatory/
corporate administrator with Company stamp to be sent to the
AIRTEL Account Manager.
b) Individual under a multiple account - Principal
Subscriber needs to call AIRTEL. On confirmation of Subscriber
details AIRTEL will register the Subscriber.
At any time last 3 bills of the Subscribers will be
available on the website.
c) Based on the Subscribers mobile number -
existing account id would be identified and last 3 months bill
related to that account id would be displayed.
d) If the account id of the Subscriber has been
changed in the last 3 months - then bills related with the
latest account id will only be displayed.
e) If Subscriber has changed is mobile number
and has the same account id - his last 3 months bill would be
While every attempt is made to maintain accuracy in your
account details, AIRTEL does not warrant that the details
provided will be error free. AIRTEL shall endeavor to rectify
any errors found.
In case the Subscriber has disconnected his AIRTEL
services his view bill access will be cancelled. In case a bill
has not been updated / not generated correctly on the website,
the Subscriber can call AIRTEL Subscriber Service and check for
The Billing Cycle for the Services or value added or
supplementary services shall run on a frequency as shall be
decided by AIRTEL from time to time and bills shall be sent to
the Subscriber accordingly. The subscriber has the option to
enable or disable paper bill. It is incumbent on the Subscriber
to enquire his/her dues and settle the same even in case of
non-receipt of the monthly bill for any reason whatsoever.
The Bills will also be sent to the address ("billing
address") of the Subscriber as mentioned in the SEF, which
is duly accepted by AIRTEL unless deactivated by the Subscriber.
For any change of address the Subscriber can either go and edit
the address from the site or notify AIRTEL in writing along with
such proof as may be deemed necessary by AIRTEL. Only on
successful address verification will AIRTEL consider the new
address as valid AIRTEL shall not be responsible or liable for
non-receipt of bill by the Subscriber sent prior to Subscriber
informing AIRTEL of change in address and Subscriber shall be
liable to make payment in respect of such bill.
All charges and other sums including applicable taxes as
specified in the bills issued by AIRTEL shall be paid by the
Subscriber on or before the prescribed due date as specified in
the bill. All charges must be paid in full without any
deduction, set-off or withholding.
The subscribers can raise any service related request
through the site. AIRTEL shall endeavor to revert to any such
requests within the revert time commited . The subscriber can
view the status of his/her request as provided on this site.
The payments for e-bill through Citibank gateway provided
herein shall be subject to the terms and conditions notified by
Citibank. Citibank shall not be responsible for the delivery of
airtel services including the EBill requests in any manner
The subscriber will be solely responsible for any payment
using his/her phone, account number and password should this
information fall into unauthorized hands. In a credit card
transaction, the subscriber must use his/her own card. airtel
will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability to
use a card fraudulently shall be on the subscriber and the onus
to prove otherwise shall be exclusively on the subscriber.
The Subscriber must pay to AIRTEL the subscription
charges, call charges, opted value added/supplementary service
charges, landline charges (PSTN), monthly rental, STD/ISD
charges, Service Tax and other payable charges for the services
as published and notified by AIRTEL in the Tariff applicable
from time to time. In case any charges are disputed, Subscriber
shall intimate AIRTEL within two (2) days of receipt of bills.
In case of non-receipts of such information, the charges shall
be deemed to have been accepted. Subscriber shall pay full
amount of even disputed charges, pending settlement of dispute.
